WHAT PEOPLE SAY!

”To me the most important part of staying mentally fit is about continuous reflection!”

– Adrian Swartz

Adrian Swartz

Adrian sharing his thoughts on mental fitness: ”I am a firm believer that we have the power and the opportunity to create the life we want, but it takes a clear vision and acting accordingly if you want to succeed. Mental fitness training is a great way to actively find out what you really want, understand your inner values and create goals that are valuable to you. To me the most important part of staying mentally fit is about continuous reflection. To actually make time in my busy day to think about actions and events, zoom out and understand what I can learn from it all. This is a fundamental part of creating the life I want”.

Charlotte Harbom Povlsen

Charlotte sharing her experiences and thoughts on mental performance training and how it has contributed to her life: “Your life becomes so much richer when you work on your mental fitness, it really makes you live your life to the fullest. I’ve realized that it’s all in my head, I can choose how I approach the world and now I know that I’m so much stronger than I realized. Mental performance training gives you the tools to turn negative thoughts and convert them to focus your energy on the right things instead. I’ve also created concrete tools that I use in my everyday life to face different type of challenges. One of my tricks is my “Superman Pose” that I use before going into important meetings to own my presence in the room. Mental performance training has really enhanced all areas of my life”.

“Mental performance training helps you take power over your own life!”

– Amanda Larsson

Amanda Larsson

Amanda is sharing her experiences and thoughts on mental training and how it has contributed to her life: “The biggest effect of working with mental performance training is that I have taken time to reflect on what makes me happy and unhappy and then actually make a plan containing small steps so that I am able to create and live my own dream life. So to me, mental performance training has made me realize the importance of reflecting on my dreams and how I want to live. Mental performance training helps you take power over your own life!

Eva Lundell

Eva Lundell: ”Mental training is a natural part of my every day life. To me that means to always try to focus on being here and now, follow my heart and act according to my inner values. Being mentally strong also means understanding the big picture and realize that all the elements of life are related. So my best advice, if you want to live a passionate life, start by identifying your inner values and act accordingly”.

”We all go through things in life, positive and negative, but we can always choose our perspective to it and how to act. My mindset is my most powerful tool to live a passionate life”

– Eva Lundell

“I wish that we could get access to mental performance training far earlier in life.

We start practicing our bodies when we’re 5-6 years old but no one teaches us about ways of dealing with our minds.”

– Jakob Good

Jakob Good

Jakob sharing his experiences and thoughts on mental performance training: ”For me it’s about enhancing your way of life, whether you’re starting from rock bottom or the highest peak. It’s about identifying strengths and weaknesses, and learn the tools needed to either get stronger or remain at desired point. Mental performance training has made me understand and unlock a whole new aspect of life. The biggest effect has been to gather my thoughts, sorting them out, and to some extent, understanding why. By doing this it’s easier to take a bird’s eye view to change, or enhance if you will, your path of attacking the issue/challenge/problem. When being faced with a challenge mental performance training can help me set a game plan, go through the thought-process and use the tools I’ve learned to advance in my personal development. The views on mental fitness are starting to get healthier but I wish that we could get access to such training far earlier in life. We start practicing our bodies when we’re 5-6 years old but no one teaches us about ways of dealing with our minds. Mental performance training in three words: necessary, powerful, fun!

Jacob Rudbäck

Jacob sharing his thoughts on mental fitness: ”Mental fitness training is about focus, prioritization and making the right choices. I believe it helps people to concentrate on what’s really important to them so that they can give themselves the best opportunities to succeed - in whatever area is important to them. Thus, mental fitness training is a great way to concretize your dreams, break them down into sub goals and doable actions - it’s simply an effective method to focus and create preparedness for opportunity”.

”Preparedness for opportunity. What skills do you think you will need to succeed in your big adventure? Create a plan and start learning those skills now, so you can run when the opportunity comes!”

– Jacob Rudbäck

“My happiness depends on my own ability to listen inward and dare challenging my usual behavior”

– Josefine Mordenfeld

Josefine Mordenfeld

Josefine is sharing her experiences and thoughts on mental training and how it has contributed to her life: ”It is meaningful in that sense that I now have the inner strength to make choices that makes me happy and satisfied with life. The training gave me the tools and support I needed to be able to define my goals and reach them. In short, mental training is: mental development, inner strength and individual goals”.

Madelén Sjöberg

Madelén sharing her thoughts on mental fitness training: Mental fitness is about getting to know your self on a whole new level and also get a deeper understanding and acceptance of others. To me it’s been such an eye-opener that the only person responsible for my dreams and my goals – is I. It’s all in my mind and my attitude has the power to decide everything. I’m in charge!

“Mental fitness has made me realize that it’s all in my mind. It’s my own attitude that creates the result”

– Madelén Sjöberg

“I’ve realized the power of setting my own goals and that it is possible to reach them all, one step at a time”

– Marcus Fritz

Marcus Fritz

Mental training has made me realize the importance of goals. By using practical and smart tools I’m now able to identify clear goals that are important to me, for each part of my life, and then creating micro steps to start moving towards them. My goals are now reachable! For me, the definition of mental training is: setting valuable goals for my whole life and creating micro steps to get there.

Martina Kaski

Martina sharing her thoughts on mental performance training: ”Understanding my feelings and realize that my thoughts have changed over time was an eye-opener to me and has given me new perspectives on how my life and I actually evolve. In my training I also found it very useful to practise putting words on my feelings and saying things out loud - it made it all more clear to me. Mental performance training is sort of like creating a map for your life, you realize where you are, where you want to go - and most importantly why you want to go there and how you can really get there”
