Being mentally fit means keeping your brain, mind and emotions in tip-top shape and working to reach your full potential in a meaningful way! Our training method is based on the foundation of human interaction in the physical world, because we know this will make a true difference in your development process.  The main focus is on developing your soft skills such as; emotional intelligence, self-leadership and transformative learning to help you find your own sweet spot, both when it comes to performance and your overall wellbeing.

We are entering an era of monumental change where new skills are required to live a successful and meaningful life. 85 % of the jobs in 2030 do not even exist yet*. Future success will depend on one’s ability to change, move, adapt, be creative, understand and take responsibility for one’s own development. By tweaking your way of thinking, you will get opportunities to get new perspectives and reach your full potential. 

The purpose of this training is to give you an introduction to Upotential Mental Fitness concept and get you fit for fight for the upcoming levels. We’ll challenge you with practical exercises, human interactions and action oriented homework in-between sessions.

Defining your passion takes work and means having a clear idea of what you believe in and what you want – here and now. Remember, change is constant which means that life changes continuously and so do you and your aspirations. So, it’s up to you to keep up with what you want and make sure you are up to date with your passion and that you live accordingly. Are you ready to be brave and unlock your potential?
 
The purpose of this training is to kick-start a development process that will make a true difference for you. This training focus on finding out what you love and your abilities to be aware of and recognize your emotions, your behaviors, beliefs, motivations and other chararcteristics such as your strengths and weaknesses.

  • Guidance through one practical exercise per session
  • Check-points with personal sparring partner 
  • Powerful and action oriented homework in-between sessions

LEVEL 2

Being the person you want to be and living the life you want takes effort – it doesn’t just happen. Ultimately you have to create the person you want to be and design clear goals to get there – regardless if it’s about business, sports, life or something else. 
 
For many of us, to create meaningful goals for ourselves is foreign language and not something we’ve been trained to do. It’s easy to get stuck in old habits and beliefs systems instead of moving towards your dreams. 
 
It’s time to make sure you’re not living according to someone else’s expectations and start making the life YOU want – whatever it’s about. 
 
The purpose of this level is about training to dream big! It focuses on creating your vision, setting clear goals based on your core values, making conscious choices and creating an action plan that brings you to target.

  • Passed Level 1

LEVEL 3

What’s stopping you? What beliefs do you need to reframe and what habits do you need to terminate or change in order to push yourself over those barriers? 
 
Getting over mental barriers requires emotional competence and mental clarity. To be a standout (if that’s what you want) and at the same time live a meaningful life (that’s for sure something you want), you must cultivate your strengths, work through your fears and confront your mental barriers. 
 
The purpose of this level is to identify your mental blockers, confront them and transform (or kill) them into possibilities.
