Our workouts include active thinking, journaling, and human interaction. You will always be guided by a certified UP Performance Trainer who will help you out if you have any questions.
No preparations are needed, but to get the best experience you need to dedicate the hour completely to the workout and avoid doing other things simultaneously. It takes presence and focus, so we recommend that you do the workout while in a private place with no distractions.
You need a stable internet connection and a device with a webcam that supports the usage of Zoom.
A paper (or notebook) and a pen will also be useful during the workout.
No training clothes are required. This is not a physical workout so dress the way you prefer.
All workouts are live online. You will find the link to your workout in your booking in your account, in the email you receive before the workout starts, and/or in your calendar booking, if that feature has been used.
Yes, all workouts are currently in English.
There will be a maximum of 16 people in each workout.
No! All workouts are independent of each other and developed to fit all skill-levels.
Of course, that’s the idea! All workouts are developed so that you can do them repeatedly, as many times as you like. The more you train, the more you develop.
For mental fitness beginners we recommend you book 'Introduction' - this 15-minute workout will give you all the information you need to get going.
Another popular workout to start with is 'Discover your life'.
We recommend that you train on a regular basis. 1 workout per week will take you far.
After every five workouts you complete, you are invited to join a Certification Ceremony and celebrate your progress together with us.
At the Certification Ceremony you connect your learning with the science of mental fitness. You will also get your diploma and your digital icon!
All our workouts are delivered by certified UP Performance Trainers.
Please sign in a few minutes before the workout so we can let you in and start the workout on time. We cannot let you in if you are late to the workout.
You can cancel up to 15 minutes before the workout starts.
Just try to re-join the Zoom meeting and we will do our best to guide you forward through the workout. If too much time has passed, we recommend you book the workout again to get the best experience.
If you feel uncomfortable in any way or if you have any concerns about yourself or someone else in the group, we encourage you to talk to us privately.
